Early Cancellations: In the event that you wish to cancel your reservation prior to the established start date of the rental, it is essential that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. By meeting this condition, a full refund of the amount paid by you will be made.

Late Cancellation: If the prepaid reservation is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start date of the rental, a penalty of USD 50 from the prepaid amount will be applied.

Late Returns: It is imperative that the vehicle be returned on the date and time previously established in this Agreement between the parties. Should there be a delayed return, an additional charge will be imposed for each day or hour of delay. There are no grace periods for the rental rates of optional equipment or protections such as baby seats, GPS, and WIFI, among others. In such situations, charges corresponding to a full day's delay will be applied for these items.

Return Conditions: At the time of returning the vehicle, it is imperative that it is in the same condition as it was delivered, including the previously agreed fuel level, and without additional damage. In situations of damage or if extensive cleaning is required, additional charges will be imposed as set forth in the Rental Agreement.

No refunds will be issued if the vehicle is returned earlier than the date set in the Rental Agreement. This rule applies in all situations, ensuring the availability and scheduling of our rental vehicles for the benefit of all customers.
